One of many projects that HARDWARIO did is a design and a print of case for H&D Smart Camera for Hönigsberg & Düvel Datentechnik Czech s.r.o. This camera can among other things search for objects, read text, count products or check the colors of products. It is used for the analysis of processes in automotive. Because the printed device contains H&D Smart Camera, computing unit, and objective lens and these need to be compact, it was necessary to design a 3D encasement.
The final quality of printed object corresponds to standards of filaments PLA Extrafill by Fillamentum. The quality of the winding, filament diameter tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm, and ovality are controlled throughout the production by the established digitization at Fillamentum. The wide range of color combinations (over 40 colors!) gives the user room for imagination and endless options for new projects.
