Fillamentum released printable polyvinylchloride - Vinyl 303

Fillamentum, a Czech company, that belongs to the top global producers of filaments for 3D printing, introduced unique and long-awaited filament Vinyl 303. Polyvinylchloride that was developed in cooperation with well-known German brand NAKAN, was released 4th of March 2019. Fillamentum as one of the first in the world offers printable polyvinylchloride. This material also belongs to the line of Fillamentum Industrial family, which is focused on the development and manufacturing of 3D filaments suitable especially for industrial applications. Vinyl 303 is a self-extinguishing material and is characterized by its excellent mechanical properties. Its hardness is comparable to the Nylon CF 15 Carbon, micro carbon fiber reinforced filament that has been on the market for some time. The low water adsorption and chemical resistance are typical signs of this commodity plastic. It can be used mainly in the industrial sphere, for prototyping or production of components. Recommended printing temperature: 215-230 ° C Printing speed: 40-60 mm/s Vinyl 303 highlights
